TRAINERS
Zeshar boasts of a team of professionals who are highly qualified and recognized for their great experience on their respective management fields. Zeshar has a partnership program with its American partners through which exchange trainers are brought in from U.S.A. to swap with our local staff. The same principle applies to our participants who come from all corners of the globe. This approach provides our training participants with a incredibly dynamic environment for great impartment of knowledge and culture exchange.
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Training is conducted by use of different methodology that include Videos, slides, team works, role playing, research and tours.
TUITION FEES
Our tuition fees covers for lecture charges, training materials, excursion and transport to and from the school.
ACCOMMODATION
Although Zeshar Management Consultancy does not offer accommodation itself to international delegates, it takes pleasure in assisting its training delegates with all accommodation arrangements. Zeshar has established strong ties with some of the best accommodation businesses in Swaziland to offer its delegates the best accommodation at reasonable rates. Delegates are urged to request in advance for reservation.
TRAVEL AND VISA
International participants are advised to take full responsibility for their Visa application to Swaziland (if required), airport taxes, medical expenses, and communication.
TOURS
Our participants enjoy both local and external excursions as part of our adult learning program. We visit some of the biggest cities in the Southern Africa region such as Maputo (Mozambique), Cape Town and Johannesburg (South Africa), and host of other local outing spots (e.g. Cultural Village) for the real experience of the Swazi culture.
FREE LAPTOP and a PRINTER
At Zeshar free laptops are given out to course delegates who take up a minimum of 4 weeks training.
