Zeshar is an Internationally recognized Management Consultancy Institution based in Manzini Swaziland. The institution provides advice and training to governments departments, projects and body corporates on all aspects of Manangement skills, and leadership development.
Zeshar boasts a team of professionals who are highly qualified and recognized for their great experience on their respective management fields. Zeshar has a partnership program with its American partners through which exchange trainers are brought in from U.S.A. to swap with our local staff. The same principle applies to our participants who come from all corners of the globe. Through this partnership Zeshar Management Consultnacy is able to offer its participants an incredibly dynamic environment for knowledge impartment while taking into consideration issues of cultural diversity.
Training is conducted by use of different methodology that include Videos, slides, team works, role playing, research and tours. Our participants also enjoy both local and external excursions as part of our adult learning program. We visit some of the biggest cities in the Southern Africa region such as Maputo (Mozambique), Cape Town and Johannesburg (South Africa), and host of other local outing spots (e.g. Cultural Village) for the real experience of the Swazi culture.
